Sports & Remedial Massage and Movement Coaching in Bishopbriggs

Helping you move better

If you’re dealing with ongoing aches, stiffness, or pain that keeps coming back, you’re not alone.
A lot of people train hard, sit for long hours, or try to stay active while carrying niggles they’ve learned to tolerate.

That’s where my work starts.

Treatment here isn’t rushed and it isn’t about forcing change through pain.
Everything begins with assessment. How you move. What feels restricted. What your body is compensating for.

Alongside sports and remedial massage to keep you moving, I offer assessment-led gym and mobility plans.
These are built over 12 weeks and focus on strength, mobility, and recovery working together — not quick fixes or generic routines.

The goal isn’t to keep you coming back.
It’s to help you move better, train with confidence, and rely less on treatment over time.

Our Services

How I work

My work is centred around assessment, not assumptions.
Every service here is designed to help you move better over time — not just feel better for a day or two.

Hands-on treatment is where we start.
Strength and mobility work are used where they’re needed or your time and resource allows.
The aim is always to reduce reliance on treatment, not increase it.

Sports & Remedial Massage

60 minutes | £50

This session is suited to working on one main area of concern.

It allows time to assess how you’re moving, apply hands-on treatment, and make adjustments based on how your body responds.
Sessions aren’t rushed, and pressure is always adapted.

The 60-minute option works well if you:

  • have one primary area of pain or tension

  • are maintaining progress between sessions

  • are using massage alongside a gym or mobility plan

This session focuses on effective treatment without overloading the body.

Sports & Remedial Massage

90 minutes | £70

The 90-minute session is used when more time genuinely helps.

It’s suited to situations where:

  • more than one area needs attention

  • symptoms are long-standing or flare easily

  • a slower, more gradual approach is needed

  • treatment is combined with basic movement and mobility work

The additional time allows for:

  • more time for hands-on treatment

  • additional movement guidance to support progress

Sessions are paced carefully and adapted throughout.

The aim isn’t just to do more treatment.
It’s to give your body the time it needs to respond well.
