Who are we?
I'm Andy and having had extensive experience of receiving treatment for numerous past injuries, I developed a passion for understanding the mechanics, capabilities, & rehabilitation of the body.

What to expect
Working from my home clinic with Bruce and Flora my two Border Terriers. Both kept separate from the treatment area, but available on request.
Consultation: to establish your health history and agree on the goals of your visit.
Assessment: view your current range of movement, pain levels and safety tests to establish and agree on a treatment plan.
Treatment: hands-on soft tissue work with joint mobilisation and stretching techniques.
Re-assessment: compare range of motion and pain levels to highlight improvement.
Aftercare: advice on how to improve your chances of improving and recovery.
